Teriyaki Steak with Peppers and Pineapple

This delicious and colorful stir-fry takes only 30 minutes, from start to finish.

1/4 cup A1 steak sauce
1 T. brown sugar
1 T. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 sweet red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 T. vegetable oil
20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
hot cooked rice

In a small bowl, combine the first four ingredients; set aside.
In a skillet or wok, stir-fry the beef, peppers, onion, and garlic in oil for 5 minutes.
Stir in the sauce, then top with the pineapple chunks.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve with hot cooked rice.
